How often should floors be stripped and waxed?

It depends on traffic. Busy entrances and corridors need it more often than quiet offices, and burnishing in between stretches the time between strips. We set the schedule floor by floor.

Can you clean carpets without closing the office?

Yes. Encapsulation is low-moisture and dries quickly, and extraction can be done after hours or on weekends.

Do you take one-time jobs?

Only for clients on a recurring program. Once you're on one, you can add one-off work such as a deep extraction before an event.
