What is the difference between janitorial and office cleaning?
Janitorial is the recurring upkeep of any commercial building: restrooms, common areas, trash and floors. Office cleaning is the same work focused on desks, kitchens and meeting rooms. We can combine both in one program.
How often can you come?
Anywhere from five nights a week to monthly, on a recurring schedule. Clients on a program can also book one-off jobs and same-day or emergency service.
Do you clean during business hours?
Yes, or after hours, whichever suits your building. For daytime coverage, day porters can stay on site while you're open.
Do you work with homeowners?
No. We work only with businesses, property managers and institutions.
